AGLED-12G UVC LED Water Steriliser – 45 LPM / 12 GPM – 24V

High-Flow UVC LED Water Disinfection for Whole-House & Commercial Applications

The AGLED-12G UVC LED Water Steriliser is a powerful, energy-efficient water disinfection system designed for whole-house, point-of-entry (POE), well-water and light-commercial water treatment applications.

Using advanced 270–280 nm UVC LED technology, the AGLED-12G provides rapid physical water disinfection without the traditional mercury UV lamp used in conventional ultraviolet systems.

With a maximum flow rate of 45 litres per minute (12 GPM), it is ideal as the final disinfection stage in whole-house filtration systems, borehole and well-water systems, commercial drinking-water installations and custom water-treatment equipment.

Unlike traditional UV lamps which normally remain illuminated continuously, UVC LED technology is ideally suited to demand-based operation and rapid switching.

Key Features

  • High flow rate – up to 45 LPM / 12 GPM

  • Advanced UVC LED water disinfection technology

  • 270–280 nm UVC wavelength

  • Powerful 500 mW UVC radiant output

  • Low energy consumption – only 16 W

  • 24V DC operation

  • Fast activation with startup flow above 4 L/min

  • Over 100,000 switching cycles

  • 5,000-hour L70 LED service basis

  • Compact stainless-steel reactor design

  • G1 female inlet and outlet connections

  • Maximum inlet pressure 0.8 MPa

  • Suitable for water temperatures from 1–45°C

  • No conventional mercury UV lamp

  • Suitable for whole-house and light-commercial applications

SGS-Verified Performance

Under the manufacturer's specified SGS test conditions, the AGLED-12G achieved 99.999% E. coli reduction at a flow rate of 12 GPM / 45 LPM.

Actual disinfection performance depends on water quality and operating conditions, including UV transmission (UVT), turbidity, flow rate and appropriate upstream filtration.

For best performance, the UVC LED system should be installed after the required sediment, iron, carbon or other pretreatment stages.

Ideal Applications

The AGLED-12G is suitable for:

  • Whole-house water filtration systems

  • Point-of-entry (POE) water treatment

  • Borehole and private well water

  • Rainwater treatment systems

  • Canal and river-water treatment systems with suitable pretreatment

  • Commercial drinking-water systems

  • Food and beverage water treatment

  • Water dispensers and filling systems

  • OEM water-treatment equipment

  • Mobile and off-grid water purification systems

Why Choose UVC LED?

UVC LED technology offers several advantages over conventional mercury-lamp UV systems.

LEDs provide rapid activation, compact dimensions and low power consumption, making them particularly suitable for systems where space or electrical power is limited.

The AGLED-12G consumes just 16 watts, making it especially attractive for 24V water-treatment equipment, mobile purification systems and other low-energy installations.

Because the system uses UVC LEDs rather than a traditional mercury UV lamp, there is also no mercury-containing lamp to replace or dispose of.

Important Water Quality Requirements

UV disinfection works most effectively with clear, adequately pretreated water.

For borehole, well, rainwater, river or other untreated water sources, appropriate filtration should always be installed before the UVC stage.

High turbidity, suspended solids, iron and other contaminants can reduce UV transmission and therefore reduce disinfection performance.

For challenging source-water applications, please contact us for advice on the complete filtration and UVC treatment system.

we strongly advise you to install sediment pretreatment to a minimum rating of 5 microns.
