Accessories For Reverse Osmosis Water Filters
Reverse Osmosis water filters are multi-stage systems that are lauded for their efficient filtering of even the most problematic contaminants. They do not require constant monitoring but like any filter, they will need their cartridges changing (typically every 6 months) as well as the membrane that completes the system. Oftentimes, you may need to cleanse the storage tank and monitor the ongoing health of the cartridges and membrane too.
So, to help you to better maintain your RO filter system, we have created a range of accessories that can make the process easier, quicker and far more efficient. Whether you’re servicing your filter or just looking for some spare parts for the future, you will find everything you need amongst our range.
Just an example of the items we have on
sale include:
RO Water Filter Valves
We have a complete range of water filter
valves for Reverse Osmosis systems, including float, feed and auto-shutoff
valves. Automatic shutoff valves will shut off or turn on depending on the
levels of water in the tank. Operated from the membrane, they work in
conjunction with the pre-pressurised tanks and float valves to automatically
turn off the feed to the RO system when the tanks are full, and back on when
the tank water level drops below a certain point. Designed to help save and
conserve water, they operate mechanically and no electricity is required in their
usage.
Reverse Osmosis Booster Pumps
If your incoming water pressure is below
the level required by the Reverse Osmosis system, a RO booster pump can ensure
it gets back to where you need it to be. Low-pressure environments will disrupt
the performance of Reverse Osmosis water
filters, making them produce less filtered water. With a booster pump, the
water pressure can be raised to improve the performance of your filter.
Housing For Water
Filters
If you’re
looking for spare or replacement housing for your water filters, we have a wide
and diverse selection for your to choose from – from solid parts that simply
store liquids, to clear water filter housing that allows you to inspect the
quality of the water (as well as offer a robust housing facility for your
filtered water).
TDS Testers
TDS (‘Total Dissolved Solids’) refer to the
total amount of dissolved materials, salts or metals, cations and anions that
are in a given volume of water. Measured in mg/L or ppm (‘parts per million’)
when the level of TDS rises in your water, it’s a sure-fire indicator that your
water has a high number of containments in it. A TDS tester measures the level
of total solids in the water and ultimately determines whether the membranes
and/or cartridges of Reverse Osmosis water
filters need replacing. Here at
DWF, we have a high-quality selection of TDS testers that ensure you’re able to
stay atop of your water filter maintenance.
Water Filter Hoses and Connectors
Ensure your water is able to flow
uninterrupted through your system with working water filter hoses and
associated connectors. We have a range of low-cost, but extremely efficient
replacement parts for most RO systems.
Sink Faucets & Taps
Complete your water filtration system with
a sink faucet/tap that has been specially designed to work with RO Systems.
Offering excellent durability through their Stainless Steel one-entire mould,
they have a streamlined design that prevents the formation of limescale.
Connecting taps that have been designed for Reverse Osmosis water filters is easy and being simple to clean and care for, they offer the perfect
long-term solution for you to enjoy healthy water.
