FE-MiX Iron filter cartridge is filled with mixed bed filtration media to reduce the iron manganese and hydrogen sulphide concentration in the water.

FE-MiX Iron filter are designed to provide an easy and effective method of reducing dissolved iron from water, which greatly improves the taste.

This cartridge helps to eliminate the orange and brown stains often found in sinks, toilets, tubs and other plumbing fixtures. It also reduces the possibility of damage to pipes and water heaters and reduces up to 3 ppm

dissolved iron. It adds no harmful chemicals to the water, making it completely safe for drinking water applications.

The FE-MiX iron filter cartridge raises the ph. while reducing the iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulphide content the metallic taste and the smell of the water.

The Ferrous Iron (FE²) dissolved in the water is converted to Ferric (FE³) Iron and is removed from the water by the FE-MiX filter.

Iron (usable up to a maximum value of 2.0 mg / l)

Manganese ( usable up to a maximum value of 0.1 mg / l)

Sulphide (up to 0.9 mg / l)

The water becomes clear and free of iron deposits

Helps to normalize the pH of the water.

Filter Life approx. 3-6 months (depending on the iron and manganese values and quantity and quality of the water consumed).

Also reduces levels of Arsenic, Uranium, Radium, and Radionuclide

For best results, pre-sediment filter and post-carbon treatment filter is highly recommended.

Axial flow filter cartridge flows from the bottom of the filter upwards for maximum contact time with the media enabling it to reduces the problem of rust stains on sinks and toilets and metallic aftertaste. Also, removes the unpleasant odour of rotten eggs.

Filter cartridge can be used with any filtration system that uses 4.5" x 20" filters.

This size makes this filter compatible with many standard under sink and countertop systems across varying brands.
